U Haul hitch specilast ordered me a hitch twice and got the wrong one both times. After making 5 45 mile trips, they told me tough but they don,t do refunds. after lots of calls to higher ups and the BBB and local news channel they gave me back my refunds. I ordered a hitch from the hitch store and within 20 minutes the next day had the hitch on. Thanks for the hassle free and you guys for knowing what your doing, plus the great service. I will reccomend you to all for future purchases.Execellent and Profressional service.

The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent. Unfortunately, when I received my order the auto-body shop indicated that there was too much rust and rot on the back of my truck to put the hitch on. When I indicated that I would have to return the hitch, the folks at The Hitch Store indicated that there would not be a problem and instructed me on how to return the items and get credit. It would be wonderful if many other companies using this e-commerce based transaction method and return policy would follow this model! Good job!
