It amazes me how fast "The Hitch Store" ships products out. I've bought several items in the last year from them and each time the ordered item is delivered with a day or so from the initial order. They must have a great distribution system working for them. Only once did I have a problem (my fault) with an item but their Customer Service is the best you'll experience (maybe for any "E" retailer). I like their web page because I always find what I want. Recently installed a Curt trailer hitch for a 2010 Ford Focus. I watched various videos prior to install. Actually I did the wiring first; very straight forward. I used a floor jack to aid with the hitch install. I would recommend using lock washers on all 6 bolts or at least LockTite. Unit looks great and hides away under rear bumper. Would highly recommend Curt units.
