Honda van
Ok I don't know how this could of happened and it never has before. I ordered a hitch on the 18th of July at about 10am and I received it on the 19th of July at 10:30am. The hitch was on my car about 30min later and when I walked into the house I received an email that said your order has been shipped with a tracking number. The hitch came in a box and not a scratch on it. The other hitches I've order from other company's came with a sticker on the hitch and no box or raping. All I can say is WOW!!! Would do it again...

I have to say my experience was OUTSTANDING. Not only did I order my trailer hitch from the Hitch Store I went back and ordered the lighting kit from them. This time I called customer support and a Ms. April assisted me with the order. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Her cheerful attitude proved to me there are good and honest people in this world. Only because of her I would go back to the Hitch Store for any of my future needs.
