My wife and I recently purchased a Chrysler Town & Country without the tow package. We asked the dealer for pricing on adding a hitch and they estimated $500 installed. We contacted Uhaul and they wanted $365.00 installed. I looked online and found The Hitch Store and it cost me around $200 for the whole package. I was concerned about the installation portion of it and I must say it literally took me 20 minutes to install it and the quality is Awesome! I did this all without calling someone on the phone I just used the website chat and they talked me through everything. I just contacted them again for a suspension upgrade to enhance the towing of my vehicle and the customer service was amazing. The only issue I had was with the packaging when I had it delivered the box was mangled but that is typical when you have something shipped from Fedex or UPS. Regardless of the shipping issue the hitch and all of the components were all ok since they were all wrapped inside the box.

After doing a fair amount of research I found the largest selection and best prices here. I purchased a Curt model 18132 basket style cargo carrier. Great quality, assembled easily, and this thing is big. The only down side is on my truck ( ford explorer ) it partially blocks the tail lights while folded up. But, I knew that would be the case before I ordered it :) The Hitch Store shipped immediately. Shipping rates were very reasonable and delivery was on time. Very happy with my purchase and I will be using them again.
