I ordered a hitch package for my husbands durango. It arrived just two days later. when my husband opened it he informed me that i chosen the wrong one. So I called the customer service line and was AMAZED by the wonderful service i received. The young man I spoke with was extremely helpful. I saw their ad that says 98% of all orders received within 3 days and i laughed and thought I'd be happy to get it within a week. I ordered it Friday..Today is Monday and it is here. WOW!.. not to mention what a nice product it is
