Ordered the hitch Friday Midday, and it was delivered Monday morning. That's the best FREE shipping I've ever had. Installation took under 30 min from opening the box.The Hitch Store has been wonderful to do business with. I saved $150 and am very happy!! Researched several on-line suppliers and called the dealership for a price. Dealership wanted $850 to install a hitch (includes equipment). Other on-line suppliers had a lower price advertised but with shipping their price exceeded The Hitch Store. Bought the entire kit from The Hitch Store and it was delivered to my remote location on an Indian reservation two days later. Installed it in an hour. Saved $650. Electrical kit was OEM and it snapped in place. Great product, terrific service. (LOOK FOR THE BOLTS IN THE RECEIVER COVERED BY TAPE).

We order a hitch for our Kia Sorento late on a Monday and and had it by Thursday. The directions were very clear, so the installation was a snap; it works great. Their customer service at the Hitch Store is awesome. I mistakenly ordered an incorrect wiring kit which they agreed to replace immediately. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
