I recently ordered a Hitch for my 2010 Xterra. The box came in 1 business day! Unfortunately it was damaged. The hitch store took care of it and agreed to send me out a new one at no charge. April and Jon have provided excellent customer service throught the whole transaction. Now I just have to install it! Thanks Hitch Store!

I ordered the hitch, sleeve and ball for my Nissan Titan on Tuesday, they were delivered on Friday. However it appears that during the UPS handling the shipping box was dropped bending the side flange of the hitch about 1 1/2 inch out of line. This damage made the installation a lot more difficult but not impossible actually taking only about 45 minutes to complete. Overall the products are first class and well built. The next time I or a friend needs hitch products I will highly recommend The Hitch Store. Chuck.......Glendale, CA
