I received the receiver hitch for my 09 Tacoma at a great price and in two days (free shipping). I was amazed and quite happy with the product. After closer examination, I found a small flaw in the powder-coating, which probably occurred during shipping. I probably should have touched it up with a little Rustolium, but I contacted The Hitch Store. The representative (April) didn’t even ask questions; I had another hitch in two days, the other returned, and they paid all shipping both ways. I don’t usually write reviews, but when the product and the service of a store is so impressive, I had to let people know. Thanks!
