Didn't know what I was looking for or what I needed for my Suburban to haul an enclosed two car trailer.. Thanks to The Hitch Store online chat I was able to find out. And the prices have me coming back; ie class V hitch around here runs $380-$500.00.. I was able to get it here for under $200.. And thanks for the speedy service from yal and UPS. Customer service is superior! I ordered the incorrect Ball Mount (my mistake). It arrived very quickly. When I realized that I had ordered the wrong size I called April at "The Hitch Store". She sent me the correct mount that day at no extra cost. It is AWESOME to deal with a reliable store!
