It Pays To Do It Yourself First I’d like to say thank you April!!! I went to a number of different places to get a hitch installed on my SUV and the prices were crazy, $275 at one place and that was just for the hitch. U-Haul wanted to charge me $347 and that was for everything. So i did my research and I’m so happy I went "The HITCH Store" route. It cost me $161 for everything with a lock. I saved myself $187 doing it myself. Not to mention it only took me about 40 minutes to get it done. -Alonzo ( New Jersey)
Customer Service When I ordered my hitch I initially ordered the wrong size. I called and explained my error and the hitch that I needed. April assisted me and sent out the hitch I needed the same day. Although it was my error they were very easy to work with and made it very easy to swap out the hitches and get what I needed.
