I purchased a class 3 hitch and a tilt away bike rack for our 03 dodge caravan. The delivery time was quick as the order was placed on a Wed. and arrived on Friday. Both the hitch and the bike rack are of excellent quality. Make sure to verify with them the need for an extender if you are buying a bike rack. (I ended up not needing one) My only recommendation for the do-it-your-selfers is if you need to remove existing bolts on your vehicle to install the hitch and they are rusty take your time to remove them. One of mine snapped and it turned a fifteen minute job into a 1.5 hour task of bit breaking drilling to get it out. Everything turned out fine in the end and we can't wait to test them out on a camping trip next weekend.

Overall I was very pleased with my purchase. everything was in stock and was shipped the next day. I received my products in less than 48 hours.I did have a small problem with a product but the Hitchstore took care of it immediately.
