I order a hitch on Friday Evening and it arrived on Wednesday but only thru a glitz at U. P .S.it was scheduled to be delivered Tues.The Hitch arrived in beautiful condition and took only 15 minutes and I am 79 years old.I am very very satisfied and would recommend the hitch store to anyone.the hitch was my First Curt.what a deal.

First off, the website was very easy to navigate and made ordering the product a simple process. I had called a few times about sizing and other questions and the answering staff were very helpful, polite, and knowledgable. I ordered a hitch for my 98 malibu on a Tuesday and the product came Thursday afternoon, and this was using standard (Free!) Shipping. The hitch fit perfectly, as promised, and took no longer than 40 minutes. The included instruction were helpful but weren't even neccessary. Couldn't imagine a better, more well ran site than this.
