I could not believe that I ordered my hitch and wiring kit at 9am monday and it was at my house at 1:30pm tuesday. The service over the phone was fantastic the product is very well constructed all in all very happy with the Hitch Store. Prices from my local dealers were twice the price of what I paid, as a mechanic who also has a part store available my wharehouses could not touch the prices. Two weeks ago I ordered similar products from etrailer.com. Several unanswered emails later, I still had no product. To find out today that none of the items were in stock and would be a month before they would be. With no help other than them wanting me to spend more money, I cancelled my order. I found your website through Google. I called instaed of trying to find the products myself. April amswered and had me completely ready to go in under 5 minutes!
