THE FUNCTION OF A WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION HITCH



Provides better control of your vehicle and trailer by applying leverage across the trailer tongue and tow vehicle for heavier loads to be distributed more evenly on the trailer wheels and tow vehicle. This even distribution allows for a more stable ride and better control for braking and steering. There are two styles of Weight Distribution hitches round and trunnuin.  The only diference betweeen the two is the "style", both hitch styles do exactly the samething and function the same.

If you are concerned with your trailer swaying in the wind, consider adding a Sway Control.  The Sway Control reduces the lateral movements of the trailer caused by the wind. Friction Sway control bars give you a smoother tow with less sway.  The Curt Mfg. friction sway control uses friction to resist trailer sway once it has begun and keeps the trailer and tow vehicle stable. Quick attachment to trailer frame and ball mount.
