most helpful I purchased a hitch from April and she was very helpful!! I did not have a tow package on my Jeep so I wasnt sure of everthing that I needed. Someone told me all I needed was just the plug in t-connector and she was able to tell me that I actually needed the harness as well. I wouldnt of had all the necessary stuff if she would have asked me all the right questions! She was great! She was so great that I called her the next day and ordered another from her for my parents vehicle. I will definately let everyone I know about the hitch store and who to ask for. Service All I can say is WOW! Recieved a shipment only 4 days after ordering. It was incomplete missing 2 primary components. Called the Hitch Store and John was most professional in answering my questions and resolving the issue....no hesitations or deliberation. I am in the "services" industry myself and appreciate the necessity to care for your customers.
