Ordered my hitch and was received at my door 16 hrs later. The twenty minutes advertised to install includes the time to gather tools, jack, and crack a beer. From opening the box to finish wire install was a total of 30 minutes including the beer. Great product and prompt shipping. If I need another hitch, I know where I'm getting it from, The Hitch Store.
