Mr. I had a very small time window to get a hitch installed for relocation with my motorcycle. I had less than 1 week to get all the major items ready for move, including trailer purchase.
After talking over the requirements for my Audi A6 2.7T, I placed my order on Tuesday with overnight shipping. I communicated how tight the timeline was and to control the risk, the HitchStore team literally walked my order over to the warehouse and called me back to confirm the overnight shipment.
The next day at 11am I received my new “Curt” hitch. I was able to get my car in the shop that afternoon. Thursday, with my bike in tow, I headed off to Rochester!
