I have to say my experience was OUTSTANDING. Not only did I order my trailer hitch from the Hitch Store I went back and ordered the lighting kit from them. This time I called customer support and a Ms. April assisted me with the order. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Her cheerful attitude proved to me there are good and honest people in this world. Only because of her I would go back to the Hitch Store for any of my future needs.
