I had recently purchased a hitch and bike rack. The hitch worked fine but the bike rack fell just a little low. It did carry the bike fine after the wheels were removed. I contacted April in customer service and asked to exchange the rack for another that my friend had purchased recently. April was ver helpful and agreed to switch the hitch at no cost to ship or return. I have recommended other who have made purchase already. With this type of service I will continue to spread the word about TheHitchStore.com. Thanks April for such a great job!!
