Well, to say the least I was not all convinced that it would be as easy to install as they said, but after calling around to a half dozen shops and getting prices of $200-$275 for a hitch, installed, I decided to give it a go. I ordered the hitch on a Friday and it was here the next Tuesday. I didn't even have to jack up the car, just removed the 4 bolts, used a couple of 4x4's to level the end I was not working on, and put the bolts back in on one side, then the other. I did take the time to lower the spare in case it was not centered from the last time it was raised, but that is all I did differntly. Took me, working alone, about 20 minutes. Couldn't have been simpler. From what I can tell, the Curt hitch, USA made, is very good and sturdy and I'm well pleased with it.
