Customer service is superior! I ordered the incorrect Ball Mount (my mistake). It arrived very quickly. When I realized that I had ordered the wrong size I called April at "The Hitch Store". She sent me the correct mount that day at no extra cost. It is AWESOME to deal with a reliable store!
