In an earlier testimonial I praised the products but complained about the handling by UPS (beat up box and slightly bent brackets) which caused the installation to take about 3 times longer than normal along with the beautiful powder coated paint to be scratched. I sent a similar letter to The Hitch Store Customer Service over that weekend. The following Monday morning there was an email in my in box from Jon at the Hitch Store. He apologized for the shipping issues (UPS) but offered that if I wanted a replacement hitch he would send one to me. I was totally shocked by his offer. However, since it was already mounted I appreciated the gesture but I was OK with the scratched one. To me this was an example of incredible Customer Service. As I've said before I will recommend this company to all of my friends and will use them again in an heartbeat because I was treated so well.
