The customer service here is great, we had ordered once, and changed our mind about which hitch to get, once I called and told him what we needed he took care of the rest and it was on our doorstep three days later, had the hitch on over the weekend. We couldn't have been happier with the quality and the service, we haven't used the hitch yet (still looking for a trailer) but I was told by the guys that put it on it is very well made. thanks again, If I ever have the need again, i will know where to go !
