Have placed two orders by telephone in May 2009 with The Hitch Store. Sure, I appreciate the very competitive pricing. But, the things I really appreciate are the knowledgeable & experienced service available from The Hitch Store. The personnel at this business know their product lines very well, the respective product applications, and actually use the products they sell. Sadly, these characteristics are widely lacking in today's over-commercialized business world. However, it does allow The Hitch Store to easily outshine its competitors.
