I orderded a hitch and a cargo carrier from April at the Hitch Store on Mon the 8th of March and it arrived the next day at 5pm I coudn,t believe it when I seen the UPS truck backing into my driveway . I purchased the Curt Hitch (13529) with T-Connector (55530). It was shipped very fast, I ordered on 3-2-2010 after 8pm with April and recieved it on 3-4-2010 with the free shipping service. The installation of both was very easy. There are good videos online if you have any trouble getting the bolts to line up. Overall extremely happy with the hitch and The Hitch Store.

I order a hitch for my Kia Sadona and it fit perfect. Real easy to install. Had it on in less than 20 min. Had my hitch in 2 day form order it. Will recommend this site and hitches to any one.

Jon was very helpful finding the right product for me. he was fast and accurate. I really liked the online chatting so that we are looking at the same product and the feedback is immediate! Jon noticed that i had the wrond model # and corrected me, it saved me lots of time in the long run.

WHEN I CALLED THEHITCHSTORE INQUIRING ABOUT A FITTING TO MY TRUCK, I EXPECTED ALOT OF Q/A's. BUT Ms. APRIL TOOK CHARGE AND MY FITTING WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME IN ST. LOUIS IN 3 DAYS. THAT IS A KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CUSTOMERS CARING AT THAT STORE.....THANKS APRIL.
