Not only are these people helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable with the type of information a novice like I require, but their service is outstanding. I believe I received my order in two days. That is unbelieveable!!!!!!! In addition to all their help and great service, their prices were about the lowest I could find for the products I bought. You really need to order your trailer parts from these wonderful people.

I saw their ad that says 98% of all orders received within 3 days and i laughed and thought I'd be happy to get it within a week. I ordered it Friday..Today is Monday and it is here. WOW!.. not to mention what a nice product it is

Had a little speed bump in the shipping, product delivered in pieces, called office expecting the worse, and was pleasantly suprised by the "no problem" reply. New item shipped by overnight freight, life is good. Good experience for a bad situation. Thanks, RK

I couldn't beleive the fast delivery on my hitch receiver. I ordered it Wednesday and it was delivered to my door on Thursday!!! The only problem we had was getting the old bolts off my pickup so we could replace them with the new. I searched the net and could not find the product for as good a price anywhere else. I will definetely recommend The Hitch Store to anyone who needs this type product! SuZ

Ordered a hitch yesterday-next day already being delivered. Also, forgot to order a wiring harness-went to the online chat tab and had one coming in only a few minutes. Great service and great company to do business with. Keep up the great customer service!

I ordered the Q5 with the R5 roller on Monday night and by the time I got up the next morning I already had a email stating that my order had been shipped. I received the hitch on Wednesday. Great service and the hitch is everything I expected. Will definitely do business here again.

Great service (delivery 1 1/2 days), great product (fit perfectly). One note for 2008+ Jeep Liberty owners: The factory does not leave clean threads in the weldnuts. Save and use the drivers side bracket-bolt to clean out the weldnuts in frame.

Great product and service. Ordered on internet and received 4 days after ordering. Easy instalation in 90 minutes. Another 20 minutes to install wiring harnes. will recomend to anyone wanting to buy a hitch.

Customer service is superior! I ordered the incorrect Ball Mount (my mistake). It arrived very quickly. When I realized that I had ordered the wrong size I called April at "The Hitch Store". She sent me the correct mount that day at no extra cost. It is AWESOME to deal with a reliable store!

I ordered a new hitch for a 2010 Subaru Forester on sunday and received it wednesday noon, great shipping time. also it fit like a glove, easy installation, took me a little longer to install than stated, but at almost 70 it wasn't bad. good job guys

Recently I bought a 2003 econoline van. I looked online for a trailer hitch and found the curt hitch listing at HitchStore.com.
I made the order at a 10% discounted price online. The hitch arrived within two days (amazing). It is extremely well designed and fabricated and installed with a little more effort than I expected, but still only took two hours of my labor. It fits the frame and underpinning of my van like a goove. Both the quality of the hitch and the service were excellent.
