Excellent Customer Service
I received a package sent thru UPS from The Hitch Store. When the package came I went out to meet with the UPS drive. The package looked like it had been dragged behind the UPS truck until it arrived at my place. I called the Hitch Store and got April, this was my saving grace. After talking to April she asked me to open the package and check the contents. When I opened the Package or pulled back the pieces of the box that UPS had re-taped it looked just as bad on the inside. The contents had been scratched and banged up. I sent April the pics and she had the order replaced that day. Honestly, it doesn't get any better than that. My take is that the Hitch Store is First Class. Thanks April!!!

Customer Service
I found the web site for The Hitch Store to be very easy to use. Didn't realize my order came with free UPS shipping so I added shipping that I didn't need. Called the company and the order was corrected within a few minutes. You don't see this level of customer service anywhere else! Thanks, Bob Brink

Fastest Delivery Ever
Buying a hitch for our Mazda could not have been easier on the Hitch Store's website. Their site is informative and easy to navigate and understand through every step you're making online.
It's clearly stated that the shipping of your order can happen the day you order if your item is in stock and you order by 2 pm. Because of our ongoing discussion of our order, by the time it was truly placed on January 25, it was 2 pm. I guessed that meant our order would go out the next day on the 26th.
Our order included free shipping and the receipt stated that we would get an email once it had shipped.
Imagine our surprise when our hitch arrived on the 26th. At 9:30 am. In other words, 19.5 hours after we ordered it. It arrived so fast it came before the email telling us it had shipped. An obvious advantage in dealing with a North American company with a local distribution centre... but that's just great customer service.
If the quality of the product is as great as their service, we'll have to write a second rave review! Already we know we'll do business with them again any time.

Best Fit & Great Customer Service
This company is a 5 Star experience. I ordered my frame hitch & electronic hookup package Sunday Jan. 15th, over the internet, for a 2010 Lincoln MKS after having a good experience with my first order in 2004. The hitch was shipped on Tue. Jan. 17th (National Holiday on Monday); I chose the free shipping (more about UPS at the end). Today I installed the new hitch and found the fit & documentation to be absolutely perfect. Everything I needed was included. If The Hitch Store suggests an electric package for your car/truck, order it as I did, it will make the installation so easy. I needed a little more muscle to get the hitch in position since I’m almost 69, but if you read the instructions you won’t need a professional installation just a good neighbor.
Customer Service is also 5 Stars – UPS Problem: I needed the hitch on time, so I followed the tracking each day and was informed by UPS that it was on time, on the local truck and would be delivered on Friday, Jan. 20th “by the end of day”. Friday evening came and no delivery; try calling UPS for information - good luck. I called customer service at The Hitch Store to ask for help in getting my package delivered on Monday, Jan. 23rd. I don’t know what customer service told UPS, but an employee from UPS – not the regular delivery truck – delivered it in his personal car less than two hours later. That is real CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks to the very nice lady at The Hitch Store, I can tell anyone that needs a really good customer experience to order only from you. Excellent product engineering.
