lets see, i purchased my hitch on a friday evening, got order shipment info on monday and had the hitch by Wednesday. everything was great except one thing. it flooded here in clarksville. well my car got water damage and after trying to get if fixed i just gave up on it and got a used pathfinder. to my luck it did not come with a hitch and well i never even had the chance to open and install the hitch i bought. i got ahold of customer service and talked to them about the situation and WOW they helped me out. we got everything taken care of and a new hitch on the way. I have to say if you are thinking of getting a hitch anywhere else DONT do it. this is the only place to go.

Overall GREAT experience!! First, I had a question about shipping, so I phoned customer service- a REAL person picked up on the third ring and answered my question accurately (shipping is free when you spend $150+). I made the purchase (on 5/6/10) and, having selected the "free" ground shipping, expected my package to arrive in a week or so... I got it today (5/7/10). How they were able to get it to me so quickly, I have no clue. All I can say is I am impressed with the service and quality of product I purchased! Thank you, Hitch Store!

I said some questions after receiving the hitch so I picked up the phone and spoke with John who resolved my issues in a matter of minutes. John was extremely professional and helpful. I would definitely do business with thehitchstore.com again!

I ordered a hitch package for a 2007 Jeep but realized when I was about to install the t-connector wiring kit that my Jeep is actually a 2006 and requires a different wiring kit. I contacted the thehitchstore through their 'live online help' and they are sending the correct part out today while I return the part I don't need. It was great customer service for an error completely on my part.

I ordered a hitch package for my husbands durango. It arrived just two days later. when my husband opened it he informed me that i chosen the wrong one.
