I purchased a hitch from April and she was very helpful!! I did not have a tow package on my Jeep so I wasnt sure of everthing that I needed. Someone told me all I needed was just the plug in t-connector and she was able to tell me that I actually needed the harness as well. I wouldnt of had all the necessary stuff if she would have asked me all the right questions! She was great! She was so great that I called her the next day and ordered another from her for my parents vehicle. I will definately let everyone I know about the hitch store and who to ask for. Thanks April

The service is the best. The bike rack I ordered did not work right. Hitch store took it back and GAVE me the next best hitch worth, more money,with NO CHARGE, without me asking. Is that service or what! I will and have bought other items from them. They are the BEST. John,I am glad I found THE HITCH STORE and you are a great person to deal with. Thanks, Tim

Class 3 hidden trailer hitch

I ordered a class 3 hitch w/accessories on a Friday and received everything the following Monday. Every thing was as it was promised except for the light connector that was supplied. I was abled though to find the correct one w/another company. Very happy with my experience and plan on purchasing other equiptment in the future with The Hitch Store.

Fit great Had to do a slit modification to the spare tire but that is expected. Great hitch and well built....Will use them again for all my hitch needs. Shipping too good to be believed...... Thanks guys for your help!!

I ordered your complete reciever hitch package and lite adapter. First April in customer support was well wow great staff the package came right on time. The fit and finish was awesome i was alittle worried being it was for my wifes 2008 dodge nitro but it fit and looks perfect. the install was a breeze. from now on this is the only place my money goes for this type of thing. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS
