April was VERY Helpful in getting the right parts.I was going to get it installed down here, but she said the Class 3 hitch was VERY easy to instsll. She saved me over 100.00 geting it installed. She is a KEEPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Richard Picinich Thanks will buy again afrom you and tell my friends.

Researched a for awhile online for a hitch for my 2007 Xterra. Found it on this site, along with a few others near the same price. What impressed me was the Free shipping, the way the site looked and navigated easily. Also read through a great deal of the reviews that were posted and they all seem to be very positive. A lot stating customer service was excellent. That was enough for me because I thought customer service was dead. I ordered the hitch and it was shipped to me so fast I couldn't believe it! They obviously have a good company strategy; 1. Good Clean Website 2. Competitive Prices 3. Super Fast Free SHipping 3. *Great Customer Service. *I didn't experience there Customer Relations yet, but will be contacting them shortly about purchasing a bike carrier for my new hitch. If the other reviews are true keep up the good work and keep great customer service alive!

I worked with April back in June to get all of the items necessary to make my 2005 highlander ready for the trailer we were about to purchase.
April very patiently worked with me to see that I would have everything that I would need to be towing properly and all went perfectly.

The hitch arrived in timely fashion and was very competitively priced. I really like free shipping rather than the typical, "lets get another $24.95 out of him", that you discover during checkout. This site provides free shipping. The box arrived UPS and in shambles but I was sure even UPS couldn't damage something as robust as this hitch. Boy was I wrong.

About 2 hrs into a 30 min job, I realized the hitch was not the right size to fit. After a bunch of fiddling and measuring, I realized the hitch was bent. Judging from the condition of the box; no doubt by UPS. I was mad at the hitch store at first for shipping the wrong size and then at UPS for bending it. About an hour with a forked tree and a bunch of wood blocks, I had it bent back into a shape that would fit.

Bottom line; a superb hitch, nice finish and super strong. I called April at customer service and she was very apologetic despite it not being her companies fault. If I had called when I first noticed she would have had it picked up and a new one sent but I was determined to install it and at last succeeded. April was very helpful and, in the end sent me a hitch ball for my trouble. The Hitch Store is also My Hitch Store; thanks April....

When I ordered my hitch I initially ordered the wrong size. I called and explained my error and the hitch that I needed. April assisted me and sent out the hitch I needed the same day. Although it was my error they were very easy to work with and made it very easy to swap out the hitches and get what I needed. Thanks April!
