I ordered a Hitch for my Wifes 2007 Dodge Nitro on Wenesday 8-19-09 at 1 P.M. At 2 P.M the next day ( Thursday ) the Hitch was sitting on my front porch. Amazing!! The box was well packed everything that I ordered was there and even nicer than I thought it would be for the cheap price. I cannot believe how fast I received what I ordered, the quality of the products, and most of all the price I got it all for! I put it on in about 20 min. and I already have her tuck hooked up to the camper and ready for the weekend! I will buy from The Hitch Store again with all of my Future needs! Thank You April for your help with this order!

The local stores wanted over $300 for a hitch for a Toyota Highlander. I got it from your site for about half price. It arrived very fast and installed it the same day in under an hour. Excellent service and excellent product. Will recommend your site to anyone that needs a hitch.

Ordered a 2" hitch on Monday, and it was delivered by UPS on Tuesday. Vey quick delivery, and it was free!!
Hitch looks great on the SUV. I took about 1hr to get it all installed.

Wow!!! I called and spoke with April on Monday,Aug.17 and placed an order for a hitch. April was very nice and pleasant to talk to. She answered all my questions,took my info and told me the hitch would ship out that afternoon. To my surprise and amazement,UPS delivered my hitch the very next day just like she said it would. I installed the hitch this morning in about ten minutes with no trouble whatsoever. I could not find a hitch locally for the price I paid from your store. I even give your website to people looking for an affordable product. I want to thank you for such great service and if any of April's bosses read this,you need to give that girl a big RAISE for being so cheerful and helpful. Thanks again,

Excellent service! I purchased a Curt hitch for my Mercedes E500. I was concerned about the fitment, so I called the telephone number on the website to make sure I was purchasing the right hitch for my application. I was amazed that a real person actually answered the phone. Many websites make it difficult to actually speak to someone, but The Hitch Store lists their telephone number at the top of their website in large bold numbers! They were very knowledgeable, and my hitch arrived in just 3 days! The package contained all required fasteners as well as detailed instructions. I would definitely recommend the The Hitch Store to anyone in the market for hitch!

I used to be an etrailer.com customer, but The Hitch Store has won me over and I will always be using them first! I ordered a hitch for my 2008 Tundra and it was shipped about 3 hours later. Find me faster shipping! They were friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had pre-purchase. April is a rockstar and answers any questions you may have! I haven't gotten the hitch yet, but I know it won't be tough to install (I've done a few of these before). I highly recommend the Hitch Store. Customer service is top notch! Buy in confidence!

Couldn't believe how quick I received my hitch. I ordered it on Wednesday evening and it was at my door before noon on Friday. Directions were easy and I am happy with the product--quite a savings.

I ordered a hitch for my 05 Nissan Xterra and could not believe how fast it arrived! I mean really quick! The product was great and easy to install. It took a bit longer than the recommended time but I was able to do it all by myself without any assistance. Great product, great price, fast shipping. This store has earned my business for life and I will be recommending them to friends.

Ordered a hitch for an 05' Honda Pilot Tuesday morning and it arrived Wednesday afternoon. Installed the hitch in my driveway by myself using a socket set and a torque wrench. Did not have pneumatic tools or a hydraulic lift. Took about 30 minutes. The hitch fit perfectly. Very solid product. Picture on the website does not do it justice. Overall, very impressed with product and service.
