I want to thank April for her help. My hitch arrived yesterday and I was able to install it myself today in
the driveway. Took less than an hour with no major problems or injuries- much to the
amazement of my wife!

April from the Hitch store did a great job exchanging a hitch for me, I had a muffler clearance problem and she is sending out a round tube hitch and will exchange this in place of the hidden type hitch. She contacted technical support and was able to take care of this for me right away with online chat. Thanks April!

I ordered a 4 inch drop ball mount over the weekend and received my order in just a few days. Unfortunately I measured from the wrong point and I actually need a 6 inch drop and I needed it fast. The nice people at the hitch store immediately shipped me out the new hitch even before I returned the original and at no charge ( even though it was my mistake.) Excellent quality products and a friendly, easy to work staff. Two things that are hard to come by these days.

My wife ooened her Birthday Present and it was the wrong size, logged onto your site and Jon came immediatly to my inquiry. I explained my problem and mentioned we were new at this stuff, and he handled the problem with comolete controll and proffessionlism, courtesy, and excellent communication skills allowed me to leave knowing we were in good hands and our problems was taken care of and we were going to have clear sailing on this unfortunate misshap. Because of Jon I will put your company on my Favorites and come back and review your list of items in more depth for future purchases. I just finished installing my new Curt hitch on my Impala, and had to write to you! I was expecting a One-Size-Fits-Nobody hitch, as I have had before, but this was not the case. Everything fit perfectly, no holes to drill. I have struggled in the past with getting the bolts and backing plates into position, but your Fish Wire worked like a charm! I am truly impressed with the quality, and engineering that went into this hitch,it even came to my door within 36 hours. Who said Americans don't make great products! WELL DONE! I am a customer for life!

Ordered a hitch for my Rav4, great price,came in two days, packed well, the hitch was very well made, great exterior paint coating, installed in 15 minutes! Very nice hitch and a very good price, and it's Made in the USA!! Thanks!

I was looking for a weight distribution hitch. I priced local RV vendors and other RV parts dealers on-line. I found the HITCH Store to be very competitive on their prices and Jon, the on-line help guy was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Recommend to anyone.

I got the opportunity to work with April today on a customer service issue... All I can say is WOW, this company has their customer service down pat... I would not order from another company ever again when it comes to towing equipment after this experience!
