Overall GREAT experience!! First, I had a question about shipping, so I phoned customer service- a REAL person picked up on the third ring and answered my question accurately (shipping is free when you spend $150+). I made the purchase (on 5/6/10) and, having selected the "free" ground shipping, expected my package to arrive in a week or so... I got it today (5/7/10). How they were able to get it to me so quickly, I have no clue. All I can say is I am impressed with the service and quality of product I purchased! Thank you, Hitch Store!

I have to say my experience was OUTSTANDING. Not only did I order my trailer hitch from the Hitch Store I went back and ordered the lighting kit from them. This time I called customer support and a Ms. April assisted me with the order. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Her cheerful attitude proved to me there are good and honest people in this world. Only because of her I would go back to the Hitch Store for any of my future needs. Amazing service. Super fast shipping and very knowledgeable. Ordered wrong hitch due to some confusion... they sent the right one right out and returened the wrong at no charge. Very cool. Buy from this place they are awesome!
