Kia Sedona Hitch
I ordered a hitch for a 2003 Kia Sedona van after reading the reviews on the Hitchstore.com website. The hitch arrived within 3 days. I tried to put it on but discovered it was not in alignment with the bolts on the van (hitch appeared a little bent). I emailed the hitchstore.com and they promptly took care of the problem. They shipped me another hitch (after double checking the proper quality specs) and in just a few days I had a new hitch that fit perfectly! It took about 15 minutes to install it - very simple. Sometimes problems happen with items and the real test is how a company responds to a problem. TheHitchStore.com did a superb job of taking care of the problem and I am very satisfied with the hitch I purchased.
